Matthew is the Senior Partner at Strain Keville Solicitors, with over a decade of expertise advising a diverse and international client base. He prides himself on building working relationships with people, not ‘customers’ and developing a means to attain the best results.
Matthew prides himself on getting to the crux of a case quickly and directly, so his clients can consider the best route either in to or out of a legal situation. Settlement is always high on his priority list, to do the best for his clients both in terms of costs and pragmatism.
Matthew joined Strain Keville in 2006 with both an Undergraduate Degree in Law and a Masters in Private International Commercial Law from Newcastle University. He was called to the bar by The Inner Temple in March 2008, and admitted as a solicitor in April 2010.

Alex is a qualified Spanish lawyer and solicitor, and as head of Strain Keville’s International desk, he works with legal and non-legal firms in Gibraltar, Malta and Spain, offering services in these jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Strain Keville, Alex worked in different jurisdictions covering British (in Gibraltar), Spanish and Maltese law where he assisted in corporate, commercial and litigation matters.
Born in London and raised in Spain, Alex obtained his Spanish Law Degree from Cádiz University, and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University. He then passed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme to become a solicitor.
In his spare time Alex enjoys the theatre, swimming, tennis, and following his football team.

Adam is a qualified solicitor, having completed his training with us in 2019. He graduated from the University of Sheffield, Adam joined Strain Keville as a paralegal in 2016 and earned his stripes in the firm’s Property Department. Shortly after he was offered a training contract and worked across a number of areas, most notably in our Property and Employment Law Departments.
Adam prides himself on providing a professional service with a client focused approach and is always happy to engage with his clients to achieve the best possible result.
Outside of the office, Adam is a keen sports fan with a particular fondness for Chelsea Football Club.

Anna originally comes from the Czech Republic and has lived in London for over 20 years. Anna previously worked as a translator, with a few years break in between, where she ran a successful property venture over in the Czech Republic.
Anna joined our team in 2018 and is a member of the Litigation, Commercial and Family department, where she works as a paralegal. She is very passionate about Family law which is currently her main focus.
Anna is a qualified CILEx paralegal with a Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Legal Skills. In order to broaden her knowledge of law, she is studying for her level 6 Professional Diploma in Law and Legal Skills, which is set and assessed at Honours Degree level. In the future, she aims to qualify as a CILEx Legal Executive.
In her spare time Anna loves to ski, boulder and rock climb. However, her favourite sport is ice climbing, where she can test the latest super light carbon ice axes and other exciting winter equipment in beautiful locations around Europe.
Bhavika is a Trainee Solicitor and has completed her seats in Private Client and Property, and now works with the Litigation and Commercial department.
She enjoys complex matters and thriving under pressure, Bhavika hopes to qualify in litigation.
She graduated in July 2018, from the University of Manchester with a First-Class Honours in Law with Politics (LLB) and has obtained a Distinction in her LPC.
Outside the office Bhavika enjoys going to the theatre, watching psychological thrillers (nothing beats an episode of Black Mirror, Wire in the Blood or a good binge watch of The Sinner) and good food.
She also enjoys volunteering and dedicates some time to support local communities.

Lara is an Employment and Property Paralegal at Strain Keville and has just recently completed her LPC with a Master’s in Law.
She moved from Manchester to London a few years ago and studied her undergraduate Law degree at City University of London.
Lara is extremely passionate about the Law and has been since she was young as she enjoys helping others and solving issues.
In her spare time, Lara enjoys watching football and is a Manchester United supporter. She also likes to keep active by going to the gym regularly and playing badminton.

Bianca joined Strain Keville as a Litigation Paralegal in 2020, after gaining experience in both Civil and Commercial Litigation in London City Firms.
After graduating from a Five-Year Master’s Law Degree, Bianca moved from Italy to the U.K. in 2019 to obtain a further Masters at Birkbeck, University of London, which she passed with Commendation.
Bianca is passionate about law and aspires to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and relaxing walks into nature.

Sarah Bridge is a Consultant Solicitor at Strain Keville. Her expertise covers all aspects of private client work from basic wills and name change deeds to probate, trusts and tax planning.
Sarah’s clients range from local families to high net worth individuals and trusts and she has previously worked with members of the aristocracy and well known celebrities. As a ‘Liverpudlian’, her clients find her ‘commercial’, ‘down to earth’, ‘likeable and practical’.
Sarah qualified as a private client solicitor in 2001 and was formerly head of private client at media entertainment law firm, Harbottle & Lewis. She was also on the Times Law Panel and took a career break before having a family so that she could travel the world.
Outside of work, Sarah spends as much time as possible travelling and skiing and eating in restaurants
