In April this year the Government put forward plans to scrap two types of tax relief for landlords who sell a property that was once their main home. This will come in from April next year (2020 affecting potentially half a million ‘accidental landlords’.
Accidental landlords are termed such because they didn’t buy a property with the intention of letting it out but have since ended up doing so.

- move in with your partner
